State Inspection - Health Department

We received a visit from the Health Department for an inspection today. Inspector checks for food safety violations in the Front of House, in the Kitchen, Prep area and around the restaurant. We did an excellent job and we had NO food safety violations. GREAT JOB everyone! We only had a minor violation for standing water in the bottom of reach-in-cooler at the biscuit station.

We have several unannounced food safety and food quality inspections throughout the year, therefore, it is extremely important for everyone to understand what is a food safety violation in the restaurant and when you see it, please take a few moments to correct it.
