SAFE Inspection Coming Up

We are due for a SAFE inspection any day now. This will be an unannounced visit. Ecosure sends an inspector to do a thorough inspection in the restaurant: food (temperature, proper handling), safety (boxes on the floor, wet floors, etc), cross-contamination, proper gloves, masks, uniform, checks to make sure our team is using safety gear for drive-thru, etc.
