As you know, Food Safety is our number 1 priority in the restaurant and all leaders, managers and directors are required to be certified. To be ServSafe certified means a person possesses a ServSafe certificate and has proven his/her knowledge in food safety.
I'm proud to announce that Alexander Blazquez, Alexander Hodge, Isaiah Beltran, Doel Montes, Felipe Carvalho, Yara Sarahna, and Ashton Umbehant received their SerSafe certification. They went through a 5 hour class and took a 90 question exam.
Congratulations are in order to each one of you! We expect you to uphold our Food Safety policies and continue to do a great job!
