We would like to communicate that Health Benefits OPEN ENROLLMENT is from October 11th to October 22nd!

FOR 2022,
- Medical Plans options are available for Full-Time and Part-Time team members.
- Dental and Vision Plan options are available for Full-Time and Part-Time team members.
- Life and Short-Term disability options are available for full-time team members.
- Flexible Dependent Coverage Tiers - you have the flexibility of choosing how you would like to cover your family. Choose from Employee only, Employee + Spouse, Employee + Child(ren), and Family.

WHO CAN ENROLL?
- Full-time team members working 30 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits.
- Part-time team members working 15 hours or more per week are eligible to enroll into some plan options.
- Variable-hour employees must average at least 30 hours per week during a 12-month period to be eligible. Once eligible, you will receive an eligibility email from LiveWell.

CHICK-FIL-A KISSIMMEE CONTRIBUTION
Chick-fil-A Kissimmee is investing in our team! For 2022, we will be offering FREE DENTAL & VISION Insurance Coverages for our Managers, Directors and Executive Directors. On top of that, we will be offering the following contribution to help pay for Medical Benefits:

$450 - Executive Directors
$350 - Directors
$250 - Managers
