CFA Quality Council Meeting

Hello everyone,

Our Operator Renato Nascimento is a Member of the Chick-fil-A Quality Council along with 10 other Operators. They went to California and visited the Bay Center, the facility where all lemonades are processed and shipped to all 2800 locations in the country! They had very productive meetings during the 4 days they met in Los Angeles.

Chick-fil-A has been investing a substantial amount of money to improve our processes and help our systems within the restaurants. At the restaurant level, we need to continue to Win Hearts Every Day by providing:
