Leadership Meeting

Hello everyone,

We had a leadership meeting today to talk about our performance from last month and setting goals for this month! At this time, we are focusing increasing our CEM scores. For the last 2 months, our receipts were being printed at the drive-thru, which made our scores decrease substantially!

We are not printing receipts right after we take our guests order. We have added a survey to every receipt and increased the number of surveys on our mobile orders as well!

We should start seeing quite a few more surveys this month! Please keep checking our CEM channel on Slack! We will be posting our CEM scores every morning!
