Leadership Meeting

Hello team,

I'm excited to share that Dan Cathy, owner of the Chick-fil-A chain and former CEO, accepted our invitation to speak to the Orlando South Region directors.

After breakfast, he spoke with our teams about Leadership, Culture and the future of Chick-fil-A. We had an amazing meeting! Dan's father, Truett Cathy, founded Chick-fil-A in 1946. Then, Dan took over the family business in 2013 as the CEO. One of the attendees mentioned to me that he could have sat there for hours just listening to Dan, so much wisdom. Another operator sent me a message saying that her directors "were fired up with some of the lessons learned" from Dan.
