Winning Hearts Every Day

Hello team,

Corporate Chick-fil-A hosted a Winning Hearts Every Day session in Orlando and we had the opportunity to bring Adaline (Training Director) and Nirel (Manager and Culture Council Leader) to learn and grow. Both of them attended the event with Mr. Renato. There they met leaders from many other stores and Chick-fil-A Owners/Operators.

This was a great experience for them as we are committed to serving our guests with Excellence (one of our Core Values) and Win Hearts Every Day at Chick-fil-A Kissimmee!

We will continue to take our leaders and expose them to other events like this!
