PREP TABLE AREA: Did you sanitized Bump Bar and lowboy handles in the prep area with Sanitizer Wipes?
WALK-IN COOLER AND FREEZER: Are the WALK-IN COOLER and FREEZER GASKETS clean, free of mold? If not, please clean it and notify manager on duty if any gasket needs to be replaced.
