Was the team member ATTENTIVE/COURTEOUS? Always facing the guests throughout the duration of the interaction, not with their backs towards the guest or wandering away?

Did the team member make EYE CONTACT with guests as they approached the door and throughout the interaction?

Did the team member ensure to SMILE while greeting the guests, as well as throughout the interaction up until the departure?

Did the team member speak to the guests in a FRIENDLY/ENTHUSASTIC tone?

Did the team member park or pull the cars forward to the #1 spot after waiting for 30 seconds if necessary (not necessary if there is no car behind the one at the door)?

Did the expo team member effective communicate with bagger and drinks' person? Any communication at all?

Did the team member engage in small conversations with guests at the door during any waiting period moments?

Did the team member confirm one or two items in the bag to ensure accuracy and build trust (for example, mention a special-order item and a condiment requested)?

Did the team member provide each guest with a FOND FAREWELL? (ex. “Thank you visiting us! Have a blessed day!”

Is the team member wearing a required reflective vest?

Is the team member’s name tag ON and VISIBLE (vest or outerwear not covering nametag)?
