Grilled Sandwich Quality Assessment

Must be 140ºF or more to be in compliance.

2. Is the outside of clamshell free of residue, product, or excessive fingerprints, or smudges due to handling (collectively no larger than a quarter)?
3. Is the Clamshell securely closed with both locking tabs secured, with product not sticking out from clamshell?
4. Is sandwich served in sandwich sleeve (smiling at you) inside clamshell?
5. Is multigrain brioche bun torn or crushed, with no flaking or peeling?
6. Is the Multigrain Brioche bun crown and heal toasted evenly to correct color (see Quality Photos)?
7. Does the grilled filet have acceptable bun coverage (see Quality Photos)?
8. Does the grilled chicken have the correct color (see Quality Photos)?
9. Does the grilled chicken exceed maximum carbon build up (see Quality Photos)?
10. Are the best grill marks of the grilled filet facing up?
11. Are there 2 whole slices (3 if small) of tomatoes (3/16" thick)?
12. Are there 2 Green Leaf lettuce leaves on grilled sandwich?
13. Are each lettuce leaf diameter approximately 4" (+/- 0.5")?

Must be 2.7oz or more to be in compliance.

15. Does the Grilled Chicken Sandwich have a great taste, based on experience?
