Fries Quality Assessment

Must be 165ºF or more to be in compliance.

2. Does the Waffle Potato Fry package appears full (see Quality Photos)?
3. Is the outside packaging free of residue, product, or excessive fingerprints, or smudges due to handling (collectively no larger than a nickel)?

Medium orders: 4.2 oz - 5.2 oz

5. Do the fries meet color requirements (see Quality Photos)?
6. Are there an excessive number (greater than 20% of minimum carton weight) of small pieces (less than a nickel in diameter)?
7. Are the fries evenly cooked (crisp on outside and soft inside) not scorched, soggy or discolored?
8. Are the Waffle Potato Fries salted correctly, based on experience?
