CFA Sandwich Quality Assessment

1. Is the outside of packaging free of residue, product, excessive fingerprints, or smudges (collectively no larger than a quarter)?

Package must be presentable.

2. Is the top of foil bag pressed in and folded down twice (each fold ½” in width) to cover and secure opening of bag?

All hot holding must be 140ºF or above .

4. Is the bun torn or crushed, with flaking or peeling?

Check for finger marks or any bun damage.

5. Are there 2 well drained pickle chips (3 if small - i.e., if diameter is less than 1¼") on sandwich?
6. Are pickles spread out on center of bun bottom (heel); overlapped by no more than a quarter of pickle area, not hanging off bun heel?
7. Are the buns buttered with butter-flavored oil (see Quality Photo)?
8. Are the bun crown and heal toasted evenly to correct color (see Quality Photos)?
9. Does Chick-fil-A chicken filet have acceptable bun coverage (see Quality Photos)?

Must be 3.3oz or more.

11. Is the Chick-fil-A Chicken filet golden brown in appearance (see Quality Photos)?
12. Is the total area of bare spots on Chick-fil-A filet larger than a quarter (see Quality Photos)?
13. Is the Chick-fil-A filet entirely covered in a generous layer of seasoned coater, free of large lumps or uncooked coater (see Quality Photos)?
14. Does Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich taste correct, based on experience (no old oil taste, lack in flavor, burnt or off flavors present)
